Returns Policy

At Swiss Cosmed, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility
  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Items purchased during a clearance sale or with a non-refundable discount.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the unopened product box.

  3. Our team will review your request and share the return shipping instructions.

  4. Ship the product back to the provided return address. (Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.)

4. Refunds
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We offer replacements only for items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us for exchange assistance.

6. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
